Hi, I’m Chelsea - dog lover, lifelong learner, and the groomer behind The Bubbly Puppy Luxury Grooming Co.

I’ve always felt a special connection with dogs, but my passion for grooming began after rescuing my best friend, Stevie. Through caring for her, I discovered how meaningful grooming could be - not just for a dog’s appearance, but for their comfort, confidence, wellbeing, and overall quality of life.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to creating the kind of grooming experience I would want for my own dog: calm, compassionate, individualized, and built entirely around each dog’s needs. Providing one-on-one care in a peaceful environment is what inspired me to open The Bubbly Puppy Luxury Grooming Co.

Continuing education is also incredibly important to me, and I’m always looking for ways to better communicate with and understand dogs to improve their grooming experience.

I hold certifications including the Modern Professional Groomer Certification and The Mindful Groomer Certification, am Fear Free Certified, and am certified in canine CPR & First Aid. I’m also constantly reading, learning, and studying dog behavior and handling techniques so I can continue building stronger relationships with the dogs in my care.

Above all else, I truly want every dog who walks through my salon doors to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and genuinely cared for while achieving a beautiful finish at a pace that feels right for them.

When I’m not grooming, you can find me hiking a mountain trail with Stevie, creating stained glass art, or reading a book in the sun.

At The Bubbly Puppy Luxury Grooming Co., dogs receive one-on-one, straight-through grooming & pampering in a quiet and intentionally calming environment, where their comfort and experience always come first.

My goal is to create a grooming experience that feels comforting and as low-stress as possible for every dog. While some dogs may always find grooming challenging, each appointment is approached with patience, compassion, and thoughtful handling tailored to the individual dog.

You know that incredibly relaxing feeling when your hairstylist gently massages your head while shampooing your hair? I want dogs to experience that same level of comfort, gentleness, and pampering during their visit (they get the same serene head massage while I lather in their facial treatment).

Every appointment includes detailed attention and care, along with a thoughtfully curated selection of premium products to help keep your dog’s coat healthy, soft, and shiny. Dogs are also treated to special touches such as warmed towels, calming aromatherapy and music selection, bows or bananas, perfume with a scent of your choosing, seasonal photos, paw butter, and personalized report cards to polish off each visit.

No two dogs are exactly alike, and I believe their grooming experience should reflect that. Whether your dog is visiting for a full haircut, bath & blowout, or something in between, details are always discussed beforehand to help ensure you leave happy with your dog’s care and style every time.
